The medical report of ailing former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has revealed that his general health condition is ‘improving’ and there is ‘no further chest pain or pain in leg’.
However, according to the medical report a copy of which is available with Daily Times, the former prime minister has scars on his left leg and mid chest.
Scar is a mark left on the skin or within body tissue where a wound, burn, or sore has not healed completely and fibrous connective tissue has developed. It is to be noted that Nawaz has underwent an open heart surgery a couple of years ago.
According to the report, no prominent change in the blood pressure of the former prime minister was found at the time of examination- 140/80 mmg.
Moreover, the report suggested increased physical activity along with proscribed medicines.
The former prime minister was shifted to the Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS) after his health deteriorated in Adiala jail on Sunday.

However, Nawaz has been shifted back to the Adiala jail on his insistence, the report read.
The medical team will examine the jailed prime minister again tomorrow.
